 Professor Shen is the leader of the project “Chemical Looping Combustion of Coal”, National Key R&D Program of China. He is a pioneer of chemical chain technology in China, the main initiator of the international chemical chain conference, the chairman of the 4th international chemical chain conference (2016), and a member of the scientific committee of the 1st to 5th international chemical chain conference. He was selected by Elsevier into the list of highly cited scholars in China in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
