In accordance with the circular requirements of the People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Shanxi Province, in order to promote mutual understanding and friendship between the younger generations of China and Japan, at the invitation of the japan-china Friendship Club, the all-china People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries will send a delegation of 150 Chinese university students to Japan from May 19 to 26,2019. The relevant information is hereby notified as follows:

 一、Selection Conditions

 1. At least 18 years old, full-time undergraduate students, major in environment, chemical industry, electric power, mining and other related major.

 2. Having Chinese nationality, loving the socialist motherland, having good political and professional qualities, excellent moral character, good sense of career and responsibility, good physical and mental health, honesty and trustworthiness, and no record of violation of law and discipline, have a good sense of cooperation, strong communication and communication skills.

 二、Submission of materials and visiting time

 1. Application Materials: a photocopy of the passport, an original transcript in both Chinese and English, an original proof of study, an application form for the foreign exchange program for Taiyuan University of Technology Students (see attachment) , other supporting materials, etc. .

 2. In accordance with the spirit of the circular issued by the Shanxi Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, priority is given to those who have not visited Japan. 3. VISIT: May 19 to 26,2019,8 days.

 三、Quota: 10.

 Personal expenses for International Travel and daily expenses shall be borne by the Japanese side;

 domestic transportation and other expenses shall be borne by the Japanese side.

 四、Selection Procedures

 1. Students who wish to participate in the selection process should submit the application form and the application materials to the Taiyuan University of Technology Office G208(Yingxi campus) or room 322 of the management committee by March 13,2019.

 2. The International Cooperation Office will arrange interviews with the relevant departments for the applicants. Select the students who join the group according to the interview result.

 3.Announce the result of selection and report the selection list.
